Rainy day toddler survival guide: 7 Easy Indoor Activities
Rainy days with a toddler can feel incredibly long. When getting outside isn’t an option and we’ve already read the same book five times before lunch, I need a few easy activities I can pull out without creating even more work for myself.
I’ve learned that the trick isn’t planning an entire day of elaborate activities. It’s having a few things ready that encourage independent play, movement, learning and — most importantly — burn some toddler energy.

1. Start with a toy they can explore on their own
